Mumbai: 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Festive seasons, natural events, or courier delays may extend these timelines.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable:

Our delivery partner will attempt 2–3 redeliveries
After repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
Re-shipping charges may apply

6. Incorrect Address

Urban Organic Life is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

Customer not reachable
